利用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)对小麦族猬草属、赖草属、新麦草属、拟鹅观草属、披碱草属和Lophopyrum共6属19份材料进行醇溶蛋白遗传分析。结果表明:①19份材料共出现19种不同的醇溶蛋白图谱,共分离出56条带纹,多态性高达100%,说明属间和种间具有丰富的醇溶蛋白遗传多态性;②Hystrix duthieissp.duthiei与H.duthieissp.longearistata的亲缘关系较近,它们与H.patula的亲缘关系较远;Psathyrostachys juncea和Psa.huashanica亲缘关系较远;Lophopyrum elongatum和Lo.bessarabicum的亲缘关系较远;③含相似染色体组的物种能各自聚类在一起,它们具有较近的亲缘关系;④醇溶蛋白揭示的亲缘关系与形态学、细胞学研究结果基本一致,表明醇溶蛋白能够用于小麦族多年生物种系统亲缘关系分析。
A total of 19 accessions of 6 genera, Hystrix, Leymus, Psammophytum, Pseudostellariae spectabilis, Elymus spp., And Lophopyrum were subjected to acidic polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A-PAGE) Genetic analysis. The results showed that: (1) Nineteen gliadin profiles were found in 19 cultivars, 56 bands were isolated and the polymorphism was as high as 100%, indicating that genus and species were rich in gliadin genetic polymorphisms; duthieissp.duthiei is closely related to H. duthieissp.longearistata, and they are distantly related to H.patula; Psathyrostachys juncea and Psa.huashanica are distantly related; Lophopyrum elongatum and Lo.bessarabicum are more distantly related; ③ Species with similar genomes clustered together, they have a closer relationship; ④gliadin revealed the genetic relationship and morphology, cytology results are basically the same, indicating that gliadin can be used for many years of the Triticeae Analysis of genetic relationship in biological species system.
