本文是国家自然科学基金项目“水利科学近期发展战略”环境水利分支研究报告,概述了本学科的国内外发展现状以及我国发展本学科的重要性和迫切性,并提出若干措施和建议。
This paper is a research report on the branch of environment and water conservancy of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), which summarizes the development status of this discipline both at home and abroad as well as the importance and urgency of developing this discipline in our country and puts forward some measures and suggestions.
