3月10日,广西年鉴学会第一次会员代表大会在南宁市召开,各市、县(区)和自治区直属部门单位的会员代表出席会议。自治区地方志办公室副主任唐中克、自治区社会科学界联合会学会部主任张流、中国版协年鉴工委主任许家康到会指导。会议审议通过了《广西年鉴学会第一次会员代表大会筹备工作报告》和《广西年鉴学会章程》,选举产生第一届理事会。随后,第一届理事会按照规定召开常务理事会第一次会议,选举许家康为会长,徐远征、黄瑞禄、叶建维为副会长,莫声光为秘书长。大会号召广大会员以党的十八大精神为指导,加强年鉴理论研究和学术交流,建立与完善学会工作机制,促进学会自身建设发展,为繁荣广西年鉴事业作贡献。
On March 10, the first member congress of Guangxi Annual Association was held in Nanning, and the member representatives of cities, counties (autonomous regions) and departments directly under the autonomous region attended the conference. Tang Zhongke, deputy director of the Local Records Office of the autonomous region, Zhang Liu, director of the Academic Association of the Federation of Social Science Communities, and Xu Jiakang, director of the China Edition Association Yearbook Workbook, will be guided by the conference. The meeting examined and adopted the “Guangxi Annual Association of the First Congress of the preparatory work report” and “Guangxi Association of Yearbook of Articles,” elected the first council. Subsequently, the first session of the council held the first meeting of the standing council in accordance with the regulations, elected Xu Jiakang as president, Xu Yuanzheng, Huang Ruilu, Ye Jianwei as vice president and Mo Shenguang as secretary general. The General Assembly called on the general members to guide the 18th National Congress of the CPC as the guide, to strengthen theoretical study and academic exchanges of the Yearbooks, establish and improve the working mechanism of the Institute, promote the self-construction and development of the Institute, and contribute to the prosperity of the Yearbook of Guangxi.
