复方木鸡冲剂(5%浓度)作用于艾氏腹水癌细胞、肝癌腹水型细胞,体外培养8小时,赤染率为100%,体内抗癌实验对S180的抑制率达43.7%。免疫实验表明复方木鸡冲剂能明显增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,吞噬率达60.6%,能明显提高L615小鼠T淋巴细胞绝对值。急性毒性亚急性毒性实验表明复方木鸡冲剂毒性很低。
Compound Emu Granules (5% concentration) acted on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells and ascites cells of liver cancer, and cultured in vitro for 8 hours. The red dyeing rate was 100%. In vivo anticancer experiments inhibited S180 by 43.7%. The immunization experiments showed that compound Muji granules could significantly enhance the phagocytic function of macrophages in mice, the phagocytosis rate was 60.6%, and the absolute value of T lymphocytes in L615 mice could be significantly increased. Acute toxicity The subacute toxicity test showed that the compound wood granules have very low toxicity.
