将丹参(Salviae Mihiorrhizae Radix)水提取物浓缩后,以色谱往分离,得5种成分:紫草酸镁B、紫草酸B、紫草酸、迷迭香酸和咖啡酸,并对其结构进行了鉴定。将每一种成分以10mg/kg/d的剂量从饮水中给予,同时用腺嘌呤喂食造成大鼠肾性高血压,每隔一定时间测定一次血压。并收集尿样进行血管舒缓素、钠盐分析。结果显示动物造模成功,血压显著升高;给予紫草酸镁B的大鼠在6,12,18,24天时收缩压、平均血压较对照组
The water extract of Salviae Mihiorrhizae Radix was concentrated and separated by chromatography to obtain 5 components: magnesium lithospermate B, lithospermate B, lithospermic acid, rosmarinic acid and caffeic acid, and their structures were identified. . Each component was administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg/d from drinking water, while adenine feeding caused renal hypertension in the rat and blood pressure was measured at regular intervals. Urine samples were collected for analysis of kallikrein and sodium salt. The results showed that the animal model was successful and the blood pressure was significantly increased; the systolic blood pressure and mean blood pressure of the rats given magnesium zisyrate B at 6, 12, 18, and 24 days were higher than those of the control group.
