在现代建筑工程所配置的电气设备中,中央空调是为建筑居民提供凉气和暖气,改变建筑室内环境中的热负荷和冷负荷,对室内空气进行调节的一种电气设备。它在现代建筑工程中发挥着重要的作用。本文主要针对当前我国居民在使用中央空调时所遇到的难题,极其空调本身所存在的缺陷作详细分析与论述,并结合实际情况对我国高层建筑中央空调水系统控制、运行模式作了分析,并提出了相应的改进和优化措施,旨在做好高层建筑中央空调水系统的优化和控制,使其为建筑居民营造一个更加舒适的居住环境。
In modern electrical engineering configuration of the equipment, the central air conditioning is for building residents to provide cooling and heating, changing the indoor environment of the building’s heat load and cooling load, the indoor air to regulate an electrical equipment. It plays an important role in modern construction. This article mainly aims at the current Chinese residents in the use of central air conditioning problems encountered in the extreme air conditioning itself, the shortcomings of the detailed analysis and discussion, combined with the actual situation of China’s high-rise building central air conditioning water system control and operation mode were analyzed, And put forward corresponding improvement and optimization measures aimed at optimizing and controlling the water system of central air-conditioning system in high-rise buildings so as to create a more comfortable living environment for the residents of the buildings.
