目的观察微种植体支抗和多曲方丝弓技术在成人骨型开ó矫治中的应用效果。方法选取60例骨型牙开ó患者并随机分为两组,30例患者应用微种植体支抗进行矫正作为种植支抗组,30例患者采用多曲方丝弓技术进行矫正作为MEAW组,治疗前后均对患者进行头颅X线定位片和侧位片检查,测量并分析两种方法矫正前后软硬组织的变化。结果两组患者SNB、ANB、MP-FH变化(颌骨变化)差异有统计学意义,两组患者N-Me、Me-PP变化(面高、面型)差异有统计学意义。U1-PP(°)、L1-PP、U1-PP(mm)变化差异有统计学意义,U6-PP(mm)、L6-PP(mm)变化差异有统计学意义,其他变化差异无统计学意义。结论微种植值支抗应用于成人骨型开ó畸形的治疗,可显著改善患者面高、面型,效果优于多曲方丝弓技术。
Objective To observe the effect of micro-implant support and multi-curve arch wire technique in the treatment of osteoporosis in adults. Methods Totally 60 patients with osteal calculus were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients were treated with micro-implant anchorage as implant support group and 30 patients with multi-flexion arch wire technique as MEAW group. Before and after treatment of patients were skull X-ray films and lateral examination, measurement and analysis of two methods before and after correction of soft and hard tissue changes. Results The difference of SNB, ANB and MP-FH between the two groups was statistically significant (change of jaw bone). The difference of N-Me and Me-PP between the two groups was statistically significant. The changes of U1-PP (°), L1-PP and U1-PP (mm) had statistical significance. There were significant differences in the changes of U6-PP (mm) and L6-PP significance. Conclusions The micro-implant support is applied to the treatment of osteoporosis in adults, which can significantly improve the face height and face shape of the patient, and the effect is superior to that of multi-curved arch wire.
