In order to accelerate the popularization and application of new technologies and new products in the field of solar thermal utilization, according to the Regulations on the Administration of New Technologies in the Construction Sector (Order No. 109 of the Ministry of Construction), the Implementation Rules for the Promotion and Application of New Technologies by the Ministry of Construction (Jianke [2002] 222) and Notice on Relevant Matters Released for the Promotion and Application of New Technologies in Construction Fields across the Country (Jiankang Kexun [2005] No.328), which was approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Science and Technology Development Promotion Center and China Association of Building Energy Conservation Integrated Professional Committee of the study, decided to jointly organize “National Construction Industry Science and Technology Outreach Project - Solar thermal technology and products ”
