The major domestic power generation groups are currently facing a new topic of going abroad and exploring the international market. How to cultivate and establish an internationalized human resources database in this process is the basis for its success. This paper introduces the current situation of human resources in the international cooperation of China Datang Corporation. In view of the implementation of the internationalization strategy process, it discusses how to exert the greatest potential of existing human resources and how to allocate human resources in internationalized investment projects .
