在这个经济发展迅速的时代,企业融资难的问题一直困扰着政府和企业,成为限制企业迅速发展的难以解决的绊脚石。然而在这个信息时代里,随着信息技术的变革和革新以及互联网时代的出现,互联网金融逐渐在众多领域都取得了长足的发展,在融资问题上给企业带来了新的契机和创新途径。本文就简单的介绍了互联网金融的概念,从积极和消极两方面具体分析了互联网金融对企业融资行为的影响,最后介绍了利用互联网金融促进企业融资的创新途径需要注意的几点建议。
In this era of rapid economic development, the problem of corporate financing has plagued the government and enterprises and has become an unacceptable stumbling block to the rapid growth of enterprises. However, in this information age, with the advent and reform of information technology and the advent of the Internet era, internet finance has made considerable progress in many fields and brought new opportunities and innovative ways for enterprises in financing issues. This article briefly introduced the concept of internet finance, analyzed the impact of internet finance on corporate financing behavior from both positive and negative aspects, and finally introduced some suggestions that should be paid attention to using innovative ways of internet finance to promote corporate financing.
