目的:测定不同采收期光果葶苈中叶黄素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为100%甲醇,流速1mL/min,检测波长446nm,进样量10μL,柱温室温。结果叶黄素含量在1~100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9977;幼苗期含量为95.50mg/kg,花蕾期含量为113.95mg/kg,花期含量为62.65mg/kg,花果期含量为35.67mg/kg,而花中含量为7.12mg/kg。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,适用于光果葶苈中叶黄素的测定;光果葶苈不同时期的叶黄素含量存在显著差异,其中花蕾期的含量最高,花中含量最少。
Objective: To determine the content of xanthophyll in the light harvesting catkins. Methods: The column was C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of 100% methanol, the flow rate was 1mL / min, the detection wavelength was 446nm, the injection volume was 10μL and the column temperature was at room temperature. Results The lutein content was good in the range of 1 ~ 100μg / mL with r = 0.9977, the seedling stage was 95.50mg / kg, the bud stage was 113.95mg / kg, the flowering stage was 62.65mg / kg, The content was 35.67 mg / kg, while the flower content was 7.12 mg / kg. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and specific. It is suitable for the determination of lutein in Fructus cnidii. There are significant differences in lutein content in different stages of Fructus cnidii, including the highest content in flower buds and the least in flower .
