跆拳道是当代社会非常时尚的一项体育运动,无论是强身健体还是修炼身心、防卫、娱乐等都有很大的好处。目前,一些高校已经把跆拳道加入到日常的教学中,在跆拳道教学中,要运用合理的训练对学生的力量、耐力以及速度等素质进行强化。本文对跆拳道教学中提高学生身体素质的训练方法进行了分析。
Taekwondo is a very stylish contemporary sports, whether physical or physical and mental health, defense, entertainment and so have great benefits. At present, some colleges and universities have put Taekwondo into daily teaching. In taekwondo teaching, it is necessary to use reasonable training to strengthen the students’ strength, endurance and speed. This paper analyzes the training methods of improving students’ physical quality in Taekwondo teaching.
