目的探讨泌尿外科临床护理中实施人性化护理的价值。方法选择我院泌尿外科患者99例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组51例,对照组48例,观察组在常规护理基础上实施人性化护理,对照组给予常规护理。对比分析两组患者的护理满意度以及临床并发症。结果观察组患者的护理满意率为96.08%,对照组为83.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症的发生率为9.80%,对照组为27.08%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科患者实施人性化护理,可增加患者的护理满意度,减少泌尿外科疾病的并发症,提高总体治疗效果。
Objective To explore the value of humanized nursing in urology clinical nursing. Methods Ninety-nine patients with urology in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The observation group was 51 cases and the control group was 48 cases. The observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing and the control group Regular care. The nursing satisfaction and clinical complications of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.08% and that of the control group was 83.33%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of complication in the observation group was 9.80% and in the control group was 27.08%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humane nursing in patients with urology can increase patient satisfaction with nursing, reduce the complications of urological diseases and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
