研讨了在热镀55%铝锌合金吋,硅含量与镀层厚度之间的定量关系,实验结果表明,为获得良好的合金镀层,硅含量必须大于0.8%。综合考虑生产其它因素,硅含量应控制在1.6%为宜。
The quantitative relationship between silicon content and coating thickness was investigated in 55% hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy. The experimental results show that the content of silicon must be more than 0.8% in order to obtain a good alloy coating. Taking into account the production of other factors, the silicon content should be controlled at 1.6% is appropriate.
