目的研究过岗龙多酚的最佳提取工艺。方法以没食子酸为对照品,采用福林酚法测定多酚含量,采用单因素试验考察药物粉碎度、乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间及提取次数对过岗龙多酚提取效果的影响。在此基础上,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选过岗龙多酚提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺:2 cm粒径过岗龙、6倍量水、60%乙醇回流提取2次,每次90 min。在此条件下,过岗龙提取得到的多酚含量为34.59%。结论该含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好;提取工艺经济、合理。
OBJECTIVE To study the best extraction technology of polyphenol Methods The content of polyphenols was determined by Folin Phenol method using gallic acid as reference substance. The effect of drug pulverization, ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of polyphenols from Polysaccharides . On this basis, L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols. Results The best extraction process: 2 cm particle size Longgang, 6 times the amount of water, 60% ethanol reflux extraction twice, each 90 min. Under this condition, the content of polyphenols extracted by over-the-post dragon was 34.59%. Conclusion The determination of content is simple, accurate and reproducible. The extraction process is economical and reasonable.
