湖北省体育专业研究生教育的发展现状是:湖北省体育专业研究生教育的招生规模有所扩大,培养单位集中在体育类和师范类高校;研究生导师队伍以硕士学历和副教授职称为主;办学的硬件设施较齐全;体育教育训练学的专业设置最多,交叉性学科专业设置薄弱;研究生就业比较集中在湖北省域范围内。推进当前湖北省体育专业研究生教育可持续发展的现实路径是合理规划和加强体育专业研究生教育的学位点建设、加强师资队伍建设以及完善课程体系建设。
The status quo of the development of PE major in Hubei Province is as follows: the enrolling students majoring in PE major in Hubei Province have expanded their enrollment scale, the training units are concentrated in sports and normal universities; the master tutors of graduate students are mainly master’s degree and associate professors; the hardware Facilities are more complete; physical education and training of the most professional settings, interdisciplinary professional settings is weak; graduate employment more concentrated in the scope of Hubei Province. The current path of promoting the sustainable development of PE major in Hubei Province is to rationally plan and strengthen the construction of the academic degree of PE postgraduate education, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and to perfect the construction of the curriculum system.
