有关铀燃料加工设施的建(构)筑物的抗震设计,中国核工业总公司已经发布了一个《铀燃料元件厂抗震设计分级》(EJ808-94)的行业标准。在标准中规定“对第一级建筑物和构筑物,地震作用按设计基准地震确定的地震力,抗震构造措施按设计基准地震提高一度设防。”也就是说,在铀燃料加工设施的建(构)筑物中,第一级建(构)筑物,地震作用按场地的设防烈度提高一度确定的地震力,抗震构造措施按场地的设防烈度提高二度设防。
