今年初,党中央从全面建设小康社会的全局出发,下发了《关于进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见》。《意见》深刻阐明了哲学社会科学的重要作用,明确了繁荣发展哲学社会科学的指导方针、总体目标和重要任务,提出了一系列重要措施,是新世纪新时期繁荣发展哲学社会科学的纲领性文件,同时也为我市当前和今后一个时期繁荣发展哲学社会科学指明了方向。我们一定要认真贯彻《意见》,
