患者,女,73岁。主诉排尿困难3个月,伴憋尿感,无发热、肉眼血尿及消瘦,B超提示剩余尿500ml,于导尿过程中发现尿道口肿物。体检:全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。尿道口6点处可见一直径约1cm浅红色突起肿物,突出于尿道口外,蒂稍宽,质韧,无触痛、出血。辅助检查:血常规示WBC
Patient, female, 73 years old. Main complaints of dysuria for 3 months, with holding urine sensation, no fever, gross hematuria and weight loss, B-remind residual urine 500ml, urethral orifice was found in the catheterization process. Physical examination: systemic superficial lymph nodes did not touch swollen. At 6:00 urethra can be seen a diameter of about 1cm light red protuberant tumor, prominent in the urethral orifice, pedicle width, quality and toughness, no tenderness, bleeding.
