黑龙江省文管会于1989年11月25日至27日在哈尔滨召开了全省文物、博物馆、图书馆工作会议。各地、市、县文化局局长、省直各单位的负责同志共90余人参加会议。黑龙江省副省长黄枫、省人大副主任嵇华、省委宣传部副部长高泰夫和省人大科教办副主任徐脉庆等领导同志到会进行指导。省文管会副主任于铁男同志在会议中就全省图书馆工作做了题为“治理整顿、巩固提高,充分发挥图书馆的作用”的报告(全文另发)。会议期间,与会者结合学习贯彻
Heilongjiang Province Cultural Management Association held a work conference on cultural relics, museums and libraries in Harbin from November 25 to November 27, 1989. More than 90 responsible comrades from all localities, cities and counties, and directly under the provincial government attended the meeting.
