近年来,儿童强化食品受到市场的青睐,很多宣传含有各种矿物质的儿童强化食品销量惊人,许多孩子的家长认为:“多吃好的,孩子身体自然就会好”。并毫不吝惜地为孩子购买价格不菲的强化食品。不过,许多家长大概想不到,自己花到了钱,尽到了心思,却未必能收到预期的保健效果。如何面对扑面而来的强化食品热?笔者走访了哈尔滨质量监督所,对该所2000年6月份对市场经销的41种强化矿物质食品抽检结果存在的问题进行了分析并提出相应的对策。1 存在的问题据哈尔滨质量监督所对41种强化食品的抽检结果看,抽检合格率仅为56.1%。尤其重点检查销量较大的AD钙奶产品,其质量更是不尽人意,主要存在以下几个问题:
