电焊机加装空载自停装置,其作用是在焊接停止时,自动切断焊机电源,使焊机停焊时不再消耗电能。但是,节电量为多少?经济性如何?本文仅就这一问题作了简单分析。对目前节电量说法的分析一种观点认为,加装自停装置后,每小时能节电10度左右。其理由是:一般21千伏安电焊机不加自停装置每小时耗电为21度,加装后有近50%时间不用电,即可节电10度。无疑这种说法是错误的,因为焊机空载时耗电量远远低于工作时用电量,不能混为一谈。
