本文报告16例糖尿病周围神经病患者足背静脉血气分析结果,并以16例糖尿病不伴神经病及11名正常人作对照。结果糖尿病周围神经病组的静脉血氧分压(PO_2),氧饱和度(O_2ST)较糖尿病不伴神经病组及正常对照组明显升高,而二氧化碳分压(PCO_2)则较之明显降低。此表明前者组织摄氧明显减少,末梢组织处于慢性缺氧状态。其原因可能与微循环动静脉(A—V)短路开放有关。 糖尿病的神经系统病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,其病理变化主要见于周围神经系统,其发病与
This article reports 16 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with dorsal venous blood gas analysis results and 16 cases of diabetes without neuropathy and 11 normal controls. Results Compared with diabetic patients without neuropathy and normal controls, PO_2 and O_2STO of diabetic peripheral neuropathy group increased significantly and PCO_2 decreased significantly. This shows that the former tissue oxygen decreased significantly, peripheral tissues in chronic hypoxia. The reason may be related to microcirculation of arteriovenous (A-V) short-circuit open.
