长期以来宅基地的相关问题一直成为农村发展的焦点,宅基地的买卖纠纷也屡见不鲜。随着改革的深入以及城乡发展一体化的推进,宅基地问题的改革势在必行。城乡二元结构的户籍问题与土地制度紧密联系,以户籍身份为视角,分析当前宅基地流转的主要困境,以此为基础对改革途径进行探讨具有重要意义。
For a long time, the problems of homestead have always been the focus of rural development. The disputes over the sale and purchase of homestead are also commonplace. With the deepening of reform and the integration of urban and rural development, the reform of housing site problems is imperative. Urban and rural dual structure of the household registration problems and land system are closely linked to the identity of the household registration as a perspective to analyze the main difficulties of the current residential land transfer, as a basis for the reform approach is of great significance.
