小学语文教学已经进入了改革的深水区,教师要紧密结合教学要求,充分发挥改革的推动作用,让改革为教学活动的有效开展增添动力。教师重点应当从以下几个方面着手:一是强化教学环节改革,以立体模式促进学生能力发展;二是强化课堂模式改革,以互动参与促进学生能力发展;三是强化课程设置改革,以多元方式促进学生能力发展;四是强化课外活动改革,以趣味形式促进学生能力发展。
