本文较系统地研究了将辗压成形和热处理强化相结合,利用辗压后的佘热直接淬火的轴承套圈形变热处理新工艺。此工艺大大简化了工艺,缩短了生产周期,节约了能源、设备、人员和生产面积,提高了材料利用率,改善了劳动条件,具有显著的经济效益。新工艺综合利用形变强化和相变强化,明显地提高了套圈的密度和机械性能,又可获得合理的流线分布和优良的显微组织。通过批量连续生产试验证明,新工艺具有良好的工艺性能,可使套圈得到优良的内在和外在质量,完全适用于轴承工业大批量连续生产。
This paper systematically studied the rolling forming and heat treatment to strengthen the combination of the use of rolling shehe direct quenching of the bearing ring deformation heat treatment of new technology. This process greatly simplifies the process, shorten the production cycle, saving energy, equipment, personnel and production area, improve material utilization, improve working conditions, with significant economic benefits. The comprehensive utilization of new technology, deformation strengthening and phase change strengthening, significantly increased the density and mechanical properties of the ferrule, but also to obtain a reasonable streamline distribution and excellent microstructure. Through batch continuous production test proved that the new process has good process performance, the ferrule can get excellent intrinsic and extrinsic quality, fully suitable for the bearing industry in large quantities for continuous production.
