阻断或减少亚硝胺的生成是预防肿瘤发生的一个重要措施。本实验在试管内模拟胃液酸性环境,利用高效液相色谱技术进行二乙基亚硝胺生成的实验研究,并观察丁香、黄连提取物对合成的影响。结果表明,在该实验条件下亚硝酸钠与二乙胺反应,合成物与二乙基亚硝胺标准品的保留时间基本一致,所测得的生成物生成率为24.5%。试验结果还表明黄连生物碱可引起生成物含量减少。
Blocking or reducing the formation of nitrosamines is an important measure to prevent tumorigenesis. In this experiment, the acidic environment of gastric juice was simulated in vitro, and the production of diethylnitrosamine was experimentally studied by high performance liquid chromatography. The effects of extracts of clove and Coptis on the synthesis were observed. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, sodium nitrite reacted with diethylamine, and the retention time of the composition and the diethylnitrosamine standard were basically the same, and the measured product formation rate was 24.5%. The test results also show that Coptis alkaloids can cause a decrease in the product content.
