党的作风建设是党的建设这一伟大工程的重要组成部分，是保持党的先进性和纯洁性，增强党的凝聚力和战斗力的保证。马克思主义关于党风与世界观的理论告诉我们树立正确的世界观和人生观，无论过去、现在和将来，对于每一个共产党员来说，都是首要的问题。这个问题不解决，或解决得不牢靠，不论搞革命，还是搞建设，是不可能兢兢业业的，也不可能做出什么成绩来。这对于指导我们党的作风建设，具有十分重要的意义。
The building of the Party’s style of work is an important part of the great project of party building and is a guarantee for maintaining the party’s advanced nature and purity and enhancing the party’s cohesion and combat effectiveness. The Marxist theory of the style of the party and the world outlook tells us that establishing a correct world outlook and outlook on life is a primary issue for every party member, past, present and future. If this issue is neither resolved nor solved unscrupulously, no matter whether we engage in revolution or engage in construction, it is impossible to be conscientious and able to make any achievements. This is of great significance in guiding the party’s work style building.
