目的探讨社区基层医院开展腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术围术期的舒适护理措施,总结舒适护理应用体会。方法通过对2 0 1 0年1月-2 0 1 3年1 2月天津市王顶堤医院收治的3 2例老年腹股沟斜疝患者进行舒适护理干预,总结临床护理体会。结果 3 2例老年腹股沟斜疝患者经过舒适护理除2例并发尿潴留外,所有患者切口愈合良好,无感染,平均住院4.8 d,病例随访1 2~2 4个月均未复发。结论社区基层医院开展腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术围术期采取舒适护理,能有效提高手术成功率,患者术后恢复快,住院时间短,术后并发症少、复发率低,可提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the perioperative comfort nursing measures of tension-free inguinal hernia in community-based hospitals and summarize the experience of comfort nursing. Methods A total of 32 cases of elderly patients with inguinal hernia who were admitted to Tianjin Wangdingdi Hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were enrolled in the nursing intervention and the clinical nursing experiences were summarized. Results All 32 cases of elderly patients with inguinal hernia after comfortable nursing except 2 cases complicated with urinary retention, the incision healed well without infection, the average hospitalization was 4.8 days. All patients were followed up for 1-24 months without recurrence. Conclusion Community-based hospital for tension-free repair of inguinal hernia to take comfort care during perioperative period, which can effectively improve the success rate of surgery, patients recover quickly, shorter hospital stay, less postoperative complications, low recurrence rate can improve patient’s life Quality, it is worth clinical promotion.
