利用ABAQUS建立了踏面基础制动装置的有限元模型,运用有限元法预测制动尖叫噪声的发生趋势。通过改变摩擦系数、闸瓦摩擦体和瓦背的杨氏模量来分析其对制动尖叫噪声发生趋势的影响。研究表明:摩擦系数对制动尖叫噪声有重要影响,可通过降低摩擦体与踏面间的摩擦系数来减少制动尖叫噪声;为抑制制动尖叫噪声产生,在不影响制动性能的前提下,闸瓦摩擦体可选用杨氏模量较大的材料,闸瓦瓦背可选用杨氏模量较小的材料。
Using ABAQUS, the finite element model of the tread basic brake device was established. The finite element method was used to predict the trend of the brake squeal noise. By changing the friction coefficient, brake shoe and tile back Young’s modulus to analyze the impact of the brake squeal noise. The research shows that the friction coefficient has an important influence on the squeal of the brake, and the squeal of the brake can be reduced by reducing the friction coefficient between the friction body and the tread. In order to suppress the squeal noise of the brake, Under the premise, the brake shoe friction body can choose the material with larger Young’s modulus, the brake shoe backing can use the Young’s modulus smaller material.
