本文研究28例急性胰腺炎血浆GAS与SP水平。结果:轻症者(n=18)GAS显著低于重症者(n=6),中位数(M)四分位间距(Q)分别为<50,<50~51对58,<50~74ng/L。P<0.05。GAS≤50和>50组的血淀酶分别为718±528(X±SD)和3773±3045,P<0.01。两组尿淀粉酶比较,前者M=1600,Q=1193~2022,后者M=3307,Q=1540~6150,P=0.07。疼痛剧烈者SP显著低于可忍受者(387.9±127.7对550.7±228.2ng/L,P<0.05),但在压痛局限或弥漫者间,反跳痛阴性、局限或弥漫者间,SP水平均无显著差别,轻重症间亦无显著差别。提示胃泌素可能刺激胰酶分泌从而加重病情,P物质可减轻疼痛,但和病情轻重无关。
