随着经济全球化的发展,中国企业为了提高核心竞争力,越来越多的企业参与跨国并购。然而中国企业跨国并购还处于发展初级阶段,跨国并购究竟有哪些风险,中国企业应该如何规避这些风险。基于此,文章以中国企业跨国并购的现状,着重分析跨国并购存在的风险,最后提出规避并购风险的建议。跨国并购是指一国企业为了某种目的,利用相关渠道,通过现金支付、金融机构贷款、以股换股、发行债券等支付方式,将另一国的企业一定份额的股份
With the development of economic globalization, more and more enterprises are participating in cross-border M & As in order to improve their core competitiveness. However, the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises is still in the initial stage of development. What are the risks of cross-border M & A? How should Chinese enterprises avoid these risks? Based on this, the article analyzes the current risks of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M & A) based on the current situation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M & A) in China. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to avoid the risks of M & A. Transnational mergers and acquisitions refers to a country’s enterprises for some purpose, the use of relevant channels, through cash payments, loans from financial institutions, stock exchange, the issuance of bonds and other means of payment, a certain share of the share of the enterprise in another country
