模仿经常被理解为劣势公司追赶市场领导者采取的生存策略。一直以来,模仿被轻视,被认为是简单而容易的,同时由于模仿的不完全性,模仿效果也会大打折扣。但最新的研究表明,正是因为模仿的不完全性,也即不完全模仿,才是创新的源泉。不完全模仿创新越来越受到关注,尤其对发展中国家的落后企业来说,不完全模仿创新是一种有效可行的创新捷径。本文首先对不完全模仿创新的概念内涵进行了界定,分析了不完全模仿创新的动机及影响因素;其次,总结归纳了不完全模仿创新对企业创新绩效的影响;最后,对不完全模仿创新的未来研究进行了展望。
Imitation is often understood as a survival strategy taken by a disadvantaged company to catch up with market leaders. It has been considered simple and easy to imitate, and the imitation effect has been greatly diminished due to the incompleteness of imitation. But the latest research shows that precisely because of the incompleteness of imitation, that is, incomplete imitation, is the source of innovation. Incomplete imitation of innovation is getting more and more attention, especially for the backward enterprises in developing countries, not completely imitate the innovation is an effective and feasible shortcut to innovation. Firstly, the connotation of incomplete imitation innovation is defined, the motivation and influencing factors of incomplete imitation innovation are analyzed. Secondly, the influence of incomplete imitation innovation on firm innovation performance is summarized. Finally, Future research is prospected.
