〔目的〕通过对凭祥口岸从越南进口预包装食品、化妆品现状的分析,探讨如何有效地对进口越南预包装食品、化妆品的监管。〔方法〕根据我国的《食品安全法》等法律法规的规定,对凭祥口岸辖区的进口越南预包装食品、化妆品存在的问题进行总结分析。〔结果〕越南工业基础相对薄弱,标准法规不健全,对疫病疫情的防范和有毒有害物质控制能力有限,进口越南预包装食品、化妆品存在较高的卫生安全隐患。〔结论〕面对严俊的食品、化妆品安全卫生质量问题,做为检验检疫部门,必须认清形势,勇于承担责任,通过采取抓源头、抓口岸查验,抓市场管理及舆论宣传等一系列行之有效的监管措施,保障人民群众身体健康安全。
[Objective] To analyze how to effectively control the import of pre-packaged food and cosmetics in Vietnam by analyzing the current status of Pingxiang port imported prepackaged food and cosmetics from Vietnam. [Method] According to China’s “Food Safety Law” and other laws and regulations, the Pingxiang port area of Vietnam imported pre-packaged foods, cosmetic problems are analyzed. [Results] Vietnam’s industrial base is relatively weak, the standards and regulations are not perfect, prevention of epidemic diseases and limited control of toxic and harmful substances, Vietnamese imports of pre-packaged foods, cosmetics, there is a high health and safety risks. [Conclusion] In the face of Yan Jun’s food and cosmetic safety and hygiene quality problems, as the inspection and quarantine department, we must recognize the situation and take the courage to shoulder the responsibility. Through a series of activities such as grasping the source, grasping the port inspection, grasping the market management and publicizing the public opinion, The effective regulatory measures to protect the health and safety of the people.
