氨压机是氨制冷工艺的重要设备。氨压机轴封质量好坏,直接影响氨压机能否正常地运行。我厂水汽车间九台8AS-17氨压机自1979年开车以来,陆续发现一系列缺陷,其中轴封泄漏严重,运行周期短就是一个严重的问题。部份轴封的使用时数见表1。
