充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)是发病率和死亡率很高的疾病 ,许多药物被研究用来降低CHF病人的死亡率。最近研究发现 ,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)在CHF的发生和发展中起重要作用。抗TNF α的药物将作为治疗心力衰竭的一个新希望。本文综述了TNF α在CHF中的作用、作用机制及用于研究和治疗CHF的抗TNF α药物。
Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a disease with high morbidity and mortality. Many drugs have been studied to reduce the mortality of CHF patients. Recent studies have found that tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) play an important role in the occurrence and development of CHF. Anti-TNFα drugs will be a new hope for the treatment of heart failure. This article reviews the role of TNFα in CHF, the mechanism of action, and the anti-TNFα agents used to study and treat CHF.
