英语已经成为世界各国交往中使用最频繁的语言,它不仅仅是单纯的语言技巧,还作为一种文化载体而存在。由于各个国家在风俗习惯以及价值观念等方面都存在着差异性,在学习英语的过程中不仅要掌握基本的语言知识技巧,还要深入了解语言中所包含的文化内涵。在大学英语教学中,教师不仅要注重英语技能的传授,还要有意识的加强英语文化的渗透,从而培养学生的跨文化交流能力。通过对英语跨文化教育重要性的分析,探讨大学英语教学中跨文化教育实施的策略。
English has become the most frequently used language in all countries in the world. It is not merely a simple language technique, but also exists as a cultural carrier. Due to the differences in customs and values in various countries, learning English not only requires basic knowledge of language skills, but also in-depth understanding of the cultural connotations contained in the language. In college English teaching, teachers should not only pay attention to the teaching of English skills, but also consciously strengthen the infiltration of English culture, so as to cultivate students’ intercultural communication skills. Through the analysis of the importance of intercultural education in English, this paper discusses the strategies of intercultural education in college English teaching.
