病历摘要患者,女,26岁,学生,因眼睑、下肢浮肿20天,发热、呕吐12天,呼吸困难3天,于1979年8月14日入院。患者于20天前,发现眼睑及两下肢浮肿,伴腰痛,双膝关节痛及尿量减少,当时查血压150/100,血沉33mm/第一小时,尿常规,蛋白微量。白细胞3～5,红细胞2～3。发病后1周出现咽痛,发热,食欲减退及频繁呕吐。查肝肋下1.5 cm,黄疽指数30单位。入院前3天病情恶化,并有干咳、气喘及不能平卧等,外院胸片示两肺粟粒状阴影。既往无心脏病、肾病、肝炎及结核病史。

No history of heart disease, kidney disease, hepatitis and tuberculosis.
