《新课程标准》积极倡导:教师不仅是课程的实施者,更是反思的实践者。只有在不断反思的基础上,才能不断提升教师自身的教育理论水平,水到渠成地成为新课标呼唤的科研型教师。教学反思是教师专业成长的必由之路。
The “New Curriculum Standard” proactively advocates that teachers are not only the implementers of the curriculum but also the practitioners of reflection. Only on the basis of continuous reflection, can we continuously improve the theoretical level of teachers’ own education and become the research-oriented teachers that the new curriculum calls for. Reflective teaching is the only way for teachers to grow professionally.
