用X -射线衍射和金相显微镜方法分析研究了含 0~ 33 3at%Gd的Ag -Ru -Gd三元系 ,作出了该体系部分相图的 70 0℃等温截面。在该截面上存在 5个单相区 :Ag、Ru、Ag51 Gd1 4 、Ag2 Gd和GdRu2 ;7个两相区 :Ag2 Gd +GdRu2 、Ag51 Gd1 4 +GdRu2 、Ag51 Gd1 4 +Ag2 Gd、Ag +Ru、GdRu2 +Ru、Ag +Ag51 Gd1 4 和Ag51 Gd1 4 +Ru ;3个三相区 :Ag +Ru +Ag51Gd1 4 、Ag51 Gd1 4 +Ru +GdRu2 和Ag51 Gd1 4 +Ag2 Gd +GdRu2 。没有发现三元中间相。
The Ag-Ru-Gd ternary system containing 0-333 at% Gd was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and metallographic microscope, and the isothermal cross section of 70 0 ℃ was obtained. There are five single-phase regions in the section: Ag, Ru, Ag51Gd1 4, Ag2Gd and GdRu2; seven two-phase regions: Ag2Gd + GdRu2, Ag51Gd1 4 + GdRu2, Ag51Gd1 4 + Ag2Gd, Ag + Ru, GdRu2 + Ru, Ag + Ag51 Gd1 4 and Ag51 Gd1 4 + Ru; three three-phase regions: Ag + Ru + Ag51Gd1 4, Ag51 Gd1 4 + Ru + GdRu2 and Ag51 Gd1 4 + Ag2 Gd + GdRu2. No ternary mesophase was found.
