笔者在工地进行例行检查时,发现有些施工班组特别是钢筋班组在使用塔式起重机进行吊物时,为省事往往不使用卸扣,而是用螺纹钢加工成S形吊钩代替卸扣进行吊装(图1),其他班组看见使用这个S形吊钩简单方便,而且即使弄丢了也可就地加工一个,便纷纷效仿。但作为管理人员,如果在施工现场发现这种情况,应严格禁止,同时还须对相关班组进行严厉的处罚,
