【目的】以我国骨干玉米自交系为材料,研究不同密度下不同年代玉米自交系雌雄开花间隔期(ASI)与产量及其构成因素的关系。【方法】采用裂区试验设计,调查产量、生育期及相关农艺性状,用SAS软件进行统计分析。【结果】随着密度增加,自交系ASI增加,从低密度的2.5 d增加到高密度的3.0 d。ASI与产量呈极显著负相关,低密度时相关系数为-0.454 73,高密度时为-0.536 83。ASI随年代更替呈下降趋势,产量呈上升趋势,密度越大这种趋势越明显。【结论】随密度增加ASI增加,新自交系的ASI增加小于老自交系,而产量增加高于老自交系。新自交系的耐密性较老自交系强,ASI可作为自交系耐密性选择的重要参考指标。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to study the relationship between the male-female flowering interval (ASI) and the yield and its components under different densities of maize inbred lines in China. 【Method】 The experimental design of fissure area was used to investigate the yield, growth period and related agronomic traits. SAS software was used for statistical analysis. 【Result】 With the increase of density, the ASI of inbred lines increased, from 2.5 days at low density to 3.0 days at high density. ASI was significantly and negatively correlated with yield, with a correlation coefficient of -0.454 73 at low density and -0.536 at high density. ASI showed a downward trend with the change of generation, the output showed an upward trend, the greater the density the more obvious this trend. 【Conclusion】 With the increasing of ASI, the ASI of new inbred lines increased less than that of old inbred lines, but the increase of yield was higher than that of old inbred lines. The new inbred lines were more resistant to inbred lines than the old inbred lines and ASI could be used as an important reference index for inbreeding tolerance selection.
