2016年6月14日,中国公路学会在北京组织召开了“粤北山区复线高速公路安全保障技术研究”课题鉴定会。会议成立了以王玉为主任,汪双杰为副主任,李彦武、陈国靖、陈冠雄、刘子剑、卞钧霈为成员的专家委员会,听取了课题组的汇报,审查评议了鉴定材料,并进行了质询和讨论,一致同意通过对课题的鉴定。鉴定意见认为:该课题针对既有京港澳高速公路粤境北段存在冰冻、雾区、长大纵坡、重载交通量大的现状,从设计、施工和运营方面开展了路
