劳务派遣作为一种新型的用工形式,近年来不论在企业还是事业单位中都被广泛的采用。本文从高等院校人事管理的角度出发,分别对劳务派遣用工的含义、劳务派遣用工对于高校发展的重要意义、高校劳务派遣用工所面临的主要问题、在实践当中劳务派遣用工容易产生争议的几类案件以及规范高校劳务派遣用工的政策性建议五个问题进行了简要的阐述。
