前言合金钢的回火脆性问题一直引起广泛的重视,为判别脆化程度发展了各种不同的测试方法. 近十余年来,电镜断口定量分析也普遍应用于晶间脆化的检测方面.但是,在采用的试样制备方法中,特别是在脆化初期,或者在试验温度处于过渡区时,观察到的往往是混合断口,断裂特征要作为一种定量的尺度仍有困难.电镜断口分析工作表明:断裂特征直接受试验条件的影响,文献[9]中提供了不同试验条件下断裂特征明显不同的大量实例. 既然,采用不同的试验方式,其回火脆性对力学特征和断裂特征的影响都大不相同,那末,完全可能通过改变试验条件来消除缺口冲击试验的缺点更敏感地反映出脆化程度.本文就上述问题进行了以下试验.
Preface The temper brittleness of alloy steel has drawn wide attention, and various test methods have been developed for judging the degree of embrittlement.In the past ten years, the quantitative analysis by electron microscopy fracture has also been widely used in the detection of intergranular embrittlement. However, in the sample preparation methods used, especially in the early stage of embrittlement, or at the transition temperature of the test temperature, it is often observed that mixed fracture and fracture characteristics are still difficult to measure as a quantitative scale. The analysis shows that the fracture characteristics are directly influenced by the experimental conditions, and a large number of examples with different fracture characteristics under different test conditions are provided in [9]. Since different test methods are used, the temper embrittlement affects the mechanical characteristics and fracture characteristics It is entirely possible to eliminate the shortcomings of the notched impact test by changing the test conditions to reflect the degree of embrittlement more sensitively.This paper carried out the following tests on the above problems.
