我们以往的研究表明,养阴合剂具有抗辐射效应,它对γ—线照射小鼠骨髓DNA有一定保护作用,并能提高正常和照射小鼠淋巴结中T淋巴细胞的免疫功能。在此基础上,选用临床常用的十几个方剂,按中医理论分为清热、滋阴、补气、养血、活血和助阳六大类,进行正交试验配伍,经二十余次初筛,最后选定以养阴为君、补气养血为臣的防治方剂——抗毒生血饮。本实验研究了该方对辐射小鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素—2(IL-2)的影响。
Our previous studies have shown that Yangyin Mixture has anti-radiation effect, it has a certain protective effect on γ-ray irradiation of mouse bone marrow DNA, and can improve the immune function of normal and irradiated mouse lymph node T lymphocytes. On this basis, more than a dozen prescriptions commonly used in clinical practice were selected and divided into six categories: heat-clearing, nourishing yin, supplementing qi, nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and boosting yang according to traditional Chinese medicine theory. Sieve, the final selection of the rule to nourish yin, qi and blood for the prevention and control of the anti-drug Shengxue drink. This experiment studied the effect of this prescription on the production of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in irradiated mouse spleen cells.
