研制了一种具有大流动性、黏聚性好、微膨胀、高抗裂性能和耐久性能的灌缝砂浆。试验结果表明,与普通水泥砂浆相比,所研制的灌缝砂浆初始砂浆扩展度增大了24%,泌水率为0,初终凝时间延缓了10~11h,12d干缩变形率降低了66%,圆环开裂试验90d未发现开裂现象。研制的灌缝砂浆的工作性能、力学性能、抗裂性能和耐久性能均有明显优势。
A kind of grouting mortar with high fluidity, good cohesiveness, slight expansion, high cracking resistance and durability was developed. The experimental results show that compared with ordinary cement mortar, the initial mortar expansion of the grouted mortar developed by 24%, the bleeding rate is 0, the initial and final coagulation time is delayed by 10 ~ 11h, the dry shrinkage deformation rate is reduced 12d 66%, crack ring test 90d found no cracking phenomenon. Developed grouting mortar work performance, mechanical properties, crack resistance and durability have obvious advantages.
