卓越法律人才教育培养计划将培养应用型、复合型法律职业人才作为作为我国法学教育改革与发展的最核心的目标,这一目标对法学专业的实践教学提出了更高的要求。作为法学实践教学重要组成部分的模拟法庭课程,必须适应法学教育改革与发展的新形势,大力推进教学改革,进一步提高教学效果。立足于所在学校的实际,在全面介绍模拟法庭基本情况与深入分析存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了模拟法庭教学改革的具体设想。
The excellent legal personnel education and training program will train applied and complex legal professionals as the core goal of the reform and development of law education in our country. This goal sets higher requirements for the practical teaching of law major. As an important part of law practice teaching moot court courses must adapt to the legal education reform and development of the new situation, and vigorously promote the teaching reform, and further improve the teaching effectiveness. Based on the reality of the school in which it is located, the specific assumptions of the moot courtroom reform are pointedly put forward on the basis of a comprehensive introduction of the basic conditions of the moot court and the in-depth analysis of existing problems.
