1/3以上的儿童急性或淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者是可治愈的。但是,急性粒细胞白血病(AML)的长期缓解仍然难于保持。我们治疗一例已经完全缓解16年的AML患者出现复发。病例报告:患者日本籍,妊娠及分娩过程正常,出生11个月时其父(32岁)死于AML,12岁时其姐(14岁)死于AML。其姐染色体检查为46XX正常女性核型。病程经过及实验室检查:患者于1964年2岁时第一次住Kyushu大学医院,被诊断为AML当时其白血病细胞可见Auer小体及过氧化酶染色
