政府展现了促进循环经济的政治意愿和组织能力,但是,对于市场主体的关注和尊重却相对不足。循环经济,是物流价值链上的再开发,是经济生态化的重要进程。自然界没有废弃物,所有的养分和能量都在食物链上被充分吸收、分解和利用。自然生态系统的生产效率是令人惊叹的,也是人工生态经济系统发展的方向标。
The government has demonstrated the political will and organizational capacity to promote a recycling economy, but there is a relative lack of focus and respect for market players. Circular economy is the re-development of the logistics value chain and is an important process of economic ecology. There is no waste in nature, and all nutrients and energy are fully absorbed, decomposed and utilized in the food chain. The production efficiency of natural ecosystems is amazing, and it is also the direction of the development of artificial eco-economic system.
